Landlord Services

We manage a large portfolio of Residential Lettings from our Surrey offices and have the expertise within our staff and partners to provide a broad spectrum of Landlord Services that ensures the day-to-day management of your rental property is handled smoothly and efficiently.

We offer three main types of Lettings service, which can be customised to suit your requirements. An initial visit to your property is offered free of charge and without obligation, where we can discuss your requirements further and answer any questions that may arise.

Letting Only

This service is designed for the Landlord who wishes us to find a Tenant for their property. We advertise on several websites including our own site and also Rightmove, Zoopla and/or Primelocation, along with occasional local newspaper adverts. Rent is usually paid by standing order and the Landlord is responsible for managing the property on a day-to-day basis.

Letting plus Rent Collection

This facility is an extension to the Letting Only service and means that we undertake to collect the rental on a monthly basis, credit the net amount to your bank or building society, along with the preparation of necessary accounts.

Fully Managed Service

Our Fully Managed service builds on the Letting Plus Rent Collection service, in addition relieving you of the burden of dealing with any maintenance and repair issues that arise during the term of the tenancy. We arrange for utility services to be terminated in your name and transferred to the tenant, inspect the property on a regular basis and carry out any necessary maintenance that is the responsibility of the Landlord.
